Melankoliks -a Subtitle for Homo Sapiens. - is an art centered concrete sculptures, quotes, figures and etc. It also connects to the accessible art event because art in this country remains elitist in many ways, as if art is a privilege.
It emerged from concrete minds and resin and paper minds, meaning a mind that produces every thought, unique melancholic characters, some of whom express something, some of whom convey the situation through their demeanor, some of whom are like concrete, carrying unchanged traces of their experiences, and so on.
Our task was to create a visual identity system that is rough and bold, mirroring the raw and powerful nature of the art forms themselves. Drawing inspiration from letter sculptures, we based our design approach on the form and aesthetic of statues.
By embracing the strength and intensity of the art forms, our visual identity system seeks to evoke a sense of awe and fascination, inviting viewers to immerse themselves in the profound beauty and raw emotion that define our artistic vision.
Furthermore, we aimed to incorporate elements of texture and depth into the product photos, emulating the rich and multidimensional nature of the art pieces. The interplay of light and shadow within the photos symbolizes the dynamic energy that emanates from the artworks, capturing the essence of their captivating presence.
